LCP Living Rent Promise

As a Miami student, you are familiar with the Miami Tuition Promise, whereby your annual tuition fees remain constant throughout your four years at Miami.  

We are able to provide a similar promise for those tenants wishing to rent any of our properties for a two-year period.  In exchange for a two-year commitment (signed leases) on any property, we will guarantee that year-two rent remains the same as year-one rent.  No rent increases.
